Penn State Berks invites applications for a Lecturer/Assistant Teaching Professor of Communication Arts and Sciences committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level. The 36-week, teaching track, one-year appointment begins in August 2025 and includes the possibility of reappointment. Onsite teaching is an essential function of this job.
Primary duties include:
Qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s degree in communication or a similar field from an accredited institution is required; Ph.D. is preferred. Prior college-level teaching experience, especially in public speaking and related courses, is preferred. Title will be commensurate with degree.
