WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Adhere to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Provide wine, liquor, and related bar service; mix drinks per recipes; keep station stocked.
• Maintain financial controls and responsibilities.
• Deliver fast, friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep designated area clean.
• Ice and fill non-alcoholic drinks for servers.
• Supervise assigned bar attendants.
• Open and close the bar following procedures.
• Balance cash drawer, credit charges, and food transactions, including tips.
• Resolve service issues per guidelines.
• Promote current events and guide guests within the facility.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Communicate positively, using Red Carpet Training skills with guests and coworkers.
• Perform duties safely; report hazards.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
