The department seeks innovative candidates with strong interpersonal skills in order to collaborate on developing relevant and purposeful curriculum. Our goal is to prepare students for life beyond high school by promoting interaction with people of other cultures, by making connections to other disciplines, and by using authentic materials and tasks to prepare learners for authentic language experiences.
The Leave Replacement shall provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum. Key instructional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
10 - Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement.
In accordance with the provisions of the BOE/FTEA collective bargaining agreement, the salary range for this position in the 26/27 School Year is Step 1 BA/BS ($68,023) - Step 18 PhD/EdD ($99,380), prorated based on start date. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.

Performance is reviewed annually in accordance with NJ State law and the provisions of the Board of Education policy on evaluations for certificated staff.
