Job Description

Noble Schools is seeking an Operations & Facilities Associate who will support the maintenance of high‑quality school operations. The Associate must be an enthusiastic partner in maintaining the optimal learning environment for Noble students. The focus of all Noble staff is to create and maintain an environment that encourages and enhances the educational experience for every student. We take the safety and well‑being of our occupants seriously and strive to provide suitable environments for all members of the Noble community.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange furnishings and equipment to provide adequate preparations for meetings, classroom activities, and events.
  • Make daily rounds outside the school to remove debris of all kinds, including papers, beverage containers, landscaping material.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment (e.g., teachers lounge supplies, teachers classroom supplies).
  • Prepare the facility for daily operations as may be needed (e.g., Townhall, heating, and cooling).
  • Deliver “Straight‑A” courteous, professional, and skillful facility support with no exceptions or excuses.
  • Be self‑directed and identify building challenges before being told to do so.
  • Respond with enthusiasm to all building issues, large and small, and demonstrate respect for the needs of all school staff and students.
  • Perform general custodial tasks as part of a daily routine.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic.
  • Possess the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment.
  • Report and communicate efficiently with administrators, supervisors, and Noble Network staff via phone and email.
Muchin Specific Responsibilities
  • Ensures that all M‑Maintenance tickets are opened and updated within 24 hours.
  • Fix and repair furniture, damaged bathroom stalls, replace projectors, etc.
  • Ensures that classroom fixes are completed with little disruption to teaching.
  • Work with NST facilities point person and DoO to ensure deliveries and big projects happen with little disruption to teaching.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Consistently exhibit a service mentality, including being flexible, adaptable, and humble.
  • Experience working with hand and power tools.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs and will occasionally be required to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Able to climb ladders and stand/walk much of the day.
  • Follow through, attention to detail, and a belief that “sweating the small stuff” matters.
  • High‑quality communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to multi‑task, rearrange priorities, and maintain focus in a fast‑paced environment.
  • The belief that the process is important, but people are more important.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position falls between $22.00 per hour and $27.00 per hour, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range.
