The specialist coordinates workers' compensation claims, maintains accurate records, tracks case progress, and serves as a liaison among employees, supervisors, medical providers, and insurance representatives. Daily responsibilities include processing leave and claim documentation, responding to employee inquiries, preparing reports, and supporting HR leadership with policy implementation and communication.
