Gates Corporation, based in Denver, Colorado, seeks an experienced Leave and Accommodation Analyst to lead complex leave and disability programs. You will guide employees and leaders through life events, interpret laws and policies, and partner with HRBPs to ensure compliant, employee-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities include administering FMLA/ADA leaves, documenting case records, supporting return-to-work, and coordinating with Payroll, Legal, and vendors.

The Leave and Accommodation Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for employee leave and accommodation programs, partnering closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Payroll, Legal, and third-party vendors to ensure a consistent, compliant, and employee-centered experience.
This role guides employees and leaders through critical life and workplace events, including leaves of absence, disability-related matters, and workplace accommodations. The analyst is responsible for administering leave and accommodation programs, interpreting applicable laws and company policies, managing complex cases, and providing consultative support to the business. The position exercises independent judgment while collaborating closely with HRBPs and business leaders to understand essential job functions, evaluate accommodation options, and support effective return-to-work outcomes.
