Job summary

Burberry is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead the sourcing strategy for key material categories, ensuring optimal supplier base and contractual conditions. You will manage supplier capacity, align with sustainability and innovation goals, and audit supplier performance in collaboration with Compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

Position

• Lead the purchasing strategy for a specific material category (leathers and fabrics, metallic accessories, other products), ensuring optimal contractual conditions and supplier base solidity.
• Ensure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization.
• Align suppliers with the brand’s quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives.
• In collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits.
