Job summary

Portland Leather Goods in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a part-time retail team member to greet customers, maintain an inviting store, and help shoppers find the perfect leather bag. You will contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment at the Castle Rock Outlet Mall.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, weekend availability, and experience in customer service or retail. Familiarity with POS systems (Shopify a plus) and a team-first attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Customer service/retail experience required.
• A team player is a must!
• Familiarity with POS systems and the ability to learn new systems; Shopify experience is a plus!
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
• Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time

• Comprehensive understanding and upkeep with the store products
• Ensure the store is neat, organized, and well stocked for our customers
