Job summary

Magnet HR SPP is seeking a Leasing Agent in Texas to warmly welcome prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. The role emphasizes accurate records, responsive service, and collaboration with marketing to showcase available units.

The position requires 2+ years of leasing or related experience and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Office-based role with opportunities for client-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience with property management software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet prospective tenants and assist throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours and highlight unit/community features.
• Assist with tenant screening, background and credit checks in compliance with policies.
