Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and admin at the community. You will assist with front desk, greet residents, process applications, and help with tours.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Entrata or PM software, and a friendly, reliable demeanor. This role offers part-time hours, on-site work, and opportunities to earn performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour, with the ability to earn performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
