Role Overview

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the primary Sales & Marketing associate for a large-scale venture that aims to redefine part of this dynamic city, becoming an icon for generations. You should be enthusiastic, outgoing, creative, passionate about people, and skilled in building relationships. Your responsibilities include advertising, marketing, touring prospects, follow-up, and closing to boost occupancy and enhance resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leasing: Greet and tour prospects, build relationships, maintain records, qualify residents, recommend rent adjustments, manage vacancies, support maintenance and resident relations, and prepare leasing reports.
  2. Marketing: Lead marketing strategies, create outreach calendars, manage social media, and conduct market surveys.
  3. Other duties: Embody company values, support resident satisfaction, assist in community operations, and build relationships with external partners.
Candidate Profile
  • Outgoing, friendly, positive, energetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative, social media savvy.
  • Passionate about serving others.
  • Organized, proactive, and independent thinker.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi or Entrata is a plus.
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
  • College degree preferred.
