WRH Realty Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Leasing Specialist for affordable housing. You’ll greet applicants, provide tours, and help residents find their next home while supporting marketing efforts to keep the community vibrant.

You’ll maintain occupancy, enforce fair housing rules, and collaborate with teams across maintenance, leasing, and management. A high school diploma and a customer‑service mindset are required, with a Florida driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales and closing abilities, a cheerful attitude, and a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating content, generating business interest, enhancing product awareness, and expanding market reach.
• Competence in using software applications and search engines to engage residents and prospects.
• A high school diploma is required; some college coursework is advantageous.
• Monday to Friday availability, with occasional weekends as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours and close leases, and assist with marketing efforts to keep the community thriving.
• Maintain occupancy levels and exhibit professional leasing techniques.
• Follow up with phone and walk-in traffic and ensure online marketing sources are updated.
• Promote positive resident/management relations and assist with retention programs.
• Maintain resident files and ensure reporting systems are organized and confidential.

What you'll be doing:

Resident Relations

• Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests.
• Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations.
• Comply with all Fair Housing Laws.
• Assist residents with reporting maintenance needs.

Leasing/Occupancy

• Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations.
• Exhibit professional leasing techniques.
• Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys.
• Assist with advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community as needed
• Follow up with phone and walk-in traffic.
• Assist with ensuring that all online marketing sources are updated.
• Promote positive resident/management relations, to retain desirable residents.
• Assist with resident retention programs.
• Maintain appropriate resident files including forms, leases, and documents.
• Responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of resident files.
• Ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized.
