WRH Realty Services, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Florida to welcome future residents and guide them from tours to move-in. You’ll close leases, complete documents, and support marketing efforts to keep our community thriving.

You’ll need strong sales and customer service skills, knowledge of property features, and the ability to create engaging online posts and outreach. A valid driver's license helps you reach prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework advantageous.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and documenting leases.
• Inspect apartments to ensure residents have an excellent move-in experience.
• Understand property features to match prospective residents’ needs.
• Create marketing content and outreach to increase traffic and leads.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses to needs.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan resident events and maintain property appearance.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments to ensure the residents have an excellent move-in experience.
• Understand the value of the property's features as they relate to the prospective resident's needs.
• Creative approach to marketing the property to increase traffic including online posts, social media strategies, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property to give potential residents all the information they need to make their decision.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses to their needs and concerns.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while preparing lease documents, resident files, and applications for approval.
• Work with other teammates to plan and organize resident events.
• Visually inspect/prepare the entire property (office, models, compactor, vacant, curb appeal, and amenity areas) daily for cleanliness. Inspect and touch up models and vacant units. Responsible for maintaining the work area and office cleanliness.
