Solidago is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Team Member for Sansom Pointe Senior in Fort Worth, TX. The role supports LIHTC compliance, maintains occupancy, preleases future units, and delivers outstanding resident service at a busy affordable-housing community.

The position requires strong communication, accuracy in file documentation, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. You will collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience, LIHTC preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Solidago Standards daily.
• Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance and eligibility requirements.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service to residents.
• Process rental applications and verify documentation per LIHTC guidelines.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and highlight features.
• Maintain leasing files and prepare paperwork.
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management for daily operations.
• Assist with planning the community's Monthly Marketing Plan.
