You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits and background, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.

The role requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, with schedule Tue-Sat, 9am-6pm, and the team offers robust benefits and opportunities for growth within Greystar.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate turnovers with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize renewals and leases.
