Leasing Specialist | The Collier Companies

This is an on-site role, based at one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tallahassee, a city known for its trails, subtropical climate, rich history, and university presence (Florida State University and Florida A&M University). As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first point of contact for prospects and residents, creating a welcoming experience. This role is more than a job; it’s a career where you understand that for residents, their apartment is their home. The primary responsibilities include engaging potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements. Success in this role requires goal orientation, personal accountability, and a strong drive to learn, lead, and grow.

Qualifications

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
  • Lease apartments by building relationships and highlighting community benefits
  • Engage in closing deals via phone, email, and in person
  • Generate leads through follow-up and marketing efforts
  • Develop promotional programs and resident events
  • Help maintain high occupancy by renewing leases
  • Keep accurate resident records
  • Weekend work as needed

Your Skills:
