This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tallahassee, which offers over 700 miles of trails, a subtropical climate, and opportunities to explore Florida’s history, commercial growth, and family attractions. • Consistently close deals via phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up effectively to generate leads.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns, including online advertising, direct marketing, social media, and resident events.
• Support occupancy goals by renewing leases.
• Maintain accurate resident files.
• Weekend availability as needed.
