This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Statesboro, which offers art museums, contemporary markets, and wilderness trails. It is home to the Splash in the Boro Water Park and the Georgia Southern Botanical Gardens. Statesboro was ranked as one of the best cities to visit in Georgia in 2023.
As aLeasing Specialist,you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.
ALeasing Specialistis charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents.
