This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Ocala, which offers abundant horse farms, the Ocala National Forest, and many natural springs and experiences. It is home to the Silver Springs and the World Equestrian Center. Ocala is home to some of the top tourist attractions in Florida.
As aLeasing Specialist,you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents, it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.
ALeasing Specialistis charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents.
