Peak Living is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team in Provo, Utah. You will support customer service and leasing operations under the Community Manager, handling showings, applications, deposits, and renewals.

Responsibilities include preparing lease paperwork, processing renewals, and addressing balances while assisting with resident activities and retention efforts in a multi-family setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet prospective residents and gather information.
• Strong attention to detail in leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenant screening, showings, and lease signings.
• Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewal agreements.
• Review resident accounts and communicate about balances and delinquencies.
• Support community events, newsletters, and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain leasing standards and contribute to occupancy and revenue goals.
