Job summary

GMC Property Management in South Jordan, Utah seeks a motivated Leasing Agent with at least 1 year in leasing, sales, or customer service. The role includes marketing, resident tours, and closing leases to residency applications. You will handle payments, data entry, and support the Property Manager while ensuring policy compliance.

The position is full-time, with required Saturdays and opportunities for bonuses and benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Market online and in surrounding areas to obtain new residents.
• Schedule and perform tours of the community for potential residents.
• Close sale to convert tour to application for residency.
• Meet and/or exceed leasing goals set by Manager.
• Maintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software program.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Provide accounting support to Property Manager.
• Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
