Leasing Specialist - Avenue Grove (Agriculture)

Essential Functions

1. Greet prospects professionally, present community features and benefits, and secure lease agreements from qualified individuals.
2. Answer incoming calls and handle each call appropriately.
3. Use company software for lead generation and respond via email, phone, or text.
4. Maintain awareness of marketing and leasing trends to keep occupancy rates above goals.
5. Ensure proper completion of lease applications, verifications, and notify prospects of results.
6. Manage Bluemoon online applications and execute signed leases.
7. Inspect community, tour paths, models, and market-ready units daily for cleanliness.
8. Assist residents with service requests and follow up accordingly.
9. Conduct all business per company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and relevant laws.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
11. Maintain a 33% closing ratio and score at least 80% on shopping reports.
12. Apply logical thinking and follow procedures, performing basic to intermediate math accurately.

Qualifications

Working Environment

Primarily indoors (66-100%), with frequent outdoor work in various conditions (33-66%). Occasional exposure to caustics, solvents, oils, fumes, flammables, pesticides, etc. (<1-33%).
