Responsibilities

• Own the performance of active rental listings from activation through tenant placement.
• Monitor showing activity, inquiries, and applications.
• Review listing accuracy across marketing platforms.
• Coordinate lease term negotiations with property owners.
• Provide weekly listing updates to property owners.
• Ensure listings comply with Fair Housing laws.
