Position: Leasing Specialist
Location: 500 & 520 Park (Luxury Property)
Starting Pay: $20/hour + commission & performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you a professional, energetic, and customer-focused individual with a background in sales or customer service? WPM is looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our team at our premier property, 500 & 520 Park. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a welcoming home for residents.

What You’ll Do:

Lease apartments to prospective residents with excellent customer service and marketing strategies

Guide prospects through the application and move-in process

Maintain accurate records of traffic, applications, and lease agreements

Prepare units for move-in, including basic cleaning and inspection

Assist with resident retention efforts, including planning community events

Support the property management team with administrative tasks and vendor coordination

Represent WPM with professionalism and positivity in all interactions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior leasing or sales experience preferred

Entrata software experience is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Must be available for weekend and occasional evening shifts
