Key Responsibilities:

• Show rental properties to prospective tenants
• Conduct move-in, move-out, and renewal inspections
• Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and property owners
• Install signage and lock boxes
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Perform data entry and manage high volumes of phone calls and emails

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to navigate internet websites, email systems, and web-based calendars
• Experience with multi-line phone systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior leasing experience (3 years preferred)
• Strong background in customer service (3 years required)
• Experience in an office setting (minimum 1 year)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (1 year required)
• Real Estate License (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
