Role Description

The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA. This position is responsible for managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in, including conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective residents through applications and approvals. The Leasing Specialist responds to inquiries, follows up with leads, and maintains accurate records of prospects, leases, and resident interactions. Daily activities include supporting resident retention efforts, addressing questions or concerns, coordinating lease renewals, and collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Strong resident retention and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive, long-term relationships.
• Experience working with leases and lease administration, including explaining terms and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with residents, prospects, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency with property management software and office productivity tools.
• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA and be available for regular business hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
