Job Summary

A sales consultant manages marketing, leasing, event planning, and resident retention to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will be the first contact for prospects, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm, and supporting community events and resident engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct leasing activities including tours, application processing, and lease signing to achieve occupancy targets.
  2. Gather and record prospect information during move-in.
  3. Monitor market conditions and develop marketing strategies to sustain occupancy.
  4. Implement marketing campaigns and community events to attract residents.
  5. Use property management software for tracking and data management.
  6. Maintain show units and ensure they meet quality standards.
  7. Support lease renewal processes and communicate with renewing residents.
  8. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  9. Participate in community events and outreach to generate leads.
  10. Maintain prospect databases and marketing materials.
  11. Keep copies of floor plans and marketing collateral organized.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Lift and maneuver weights up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
