Position: Full-time Leasing & Sales Consultant
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Our goal is to provide memorable and quality living and working experiences. We are seeking a motivated Leasing & Sales Consultant to work at properties throughout the greater Philadelphia Region. Responsibilities include:

• Leasing activities: scheduling appointments, conducting tours, preparing lease paperwork
• Effective communication with prospective and current tenants via in person, phone, email, website, and social media
• Social media and marketing campaigns
• Planning resident events
• Assisting Property and Leasing Managers with inspections and other projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Flexible hours, including weekends
• Leasing and sales experience is a plus
