The role requires strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn Entrata or similar software, and the ability to collaborate with maintenance and management teams. Competitive hourly pay plus commission is offered.

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required:

• This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)
• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper‑floor apartments)
• Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
• Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)

Lifting/Carrying:

• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
