This full-time, onsite position requires weekday flexibility and Saturday availability, with an opportunity to grow within the multifamily industry.

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required

• This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)

• Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)


• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)
