Job summary

Article Student Living seeks a full-time Leasing Professional to join our on-site leasing team in Gainesville, FL. You will build relationships with current and prospective residents, pursue leads, and close sales while mentoring Community Assistants and collaborating with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to meet goals.

As a natural salesperson with people skills, you will leverage social media and other marketing projects to attract residents and support our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing or sales experience.
• Social media and digital marketing experience.
• Desire to work with residents and build relationships with team members.
• True team player eager to help grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Know all amenities and features of the property and how to compare them to the competition.
• Attend local events related to housing or marketing of the community.
• Provide ideas to advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year.
• Accept application fees and security deposits and follow documentation procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the show unit, tour route, and leasing office.
• Assist property leadership with multiple projects.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Leasing Professional to join our team to contribute to our on-site leasing staff. Your primary role will build relationships with current and prospective residents, diligently pursue all leads, and close the sale. You will be a mentor to the Community Assistants and work with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to ensure all sales and marketing goals are met. The Leasing Professional is a natural salesperson and people-person who has experience with social media and other marketing projects.

You will report to the Leasing & Marketing Manager.

The pay is $15 per hour, plus leasing commission.

Responsibilities

• Know all amenities and features of the property and how to favorably compare them to the competition
• Attend local events that are related to housing or the general marketing of the community
• Provide ideas to the Leasing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year
• Accept application fees and security deposit payments from future residents and follow procedures regarding documentation
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the show unit(s), tour route, and leasing office
• Assist property leadership with multiple projects

Your Track Record and Style

• 1+ years of leasing or sales experience is helpful
• Social media and digital marketing experience
• Desire to work with our residents and build relationships with team members
