In this role you will support move-ins, renewals, and resident relations while leveraging social media and online platforms to market available units.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Prose Hayden Island is a newer 284-unit community on Hayden Island along the Columbia River, perfectly positioned between Portland and Vancouver, WA. One- and two-bedroom homes feature A/C, full-size washers and dryers and luxury plank flooring, and residents enjoy an on-site convenience market, private pickleball court, clubroom with catering kitchen, coworking space, fitness center and courtyard grilling area.

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns

What we are looking for

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role $20.00 - $23.00

Additional Compensation :

• Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
• Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
