CLS Living is seeking a Leasing Professional to deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents, and to maintain a welcoming, professional on-site office environment in Lawrence, Kansas. You will manage resident requests promptly, support marketing plans, and help meet occupancy targets while upholding CLS Living standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Support Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans.
• Conduct consistent daily follow-up with all prospects and work to close leases.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the property and market.
• Collaborate with Managers to meet leasing goals and renewal programs.
• Keep the office and common areas clean and professional at all times.
• Provide support by filling in for other team members and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure online presence—website, listings, social media, and marketing materials—are current and engaging.
• Monitor digital platforms and report issues or opportunities to management.
• Assist in planning resident functions and events and coordinate on-campus advertising events.
