Job summary

Greyson’s Gate Apartments in Dallas, operated by Gaines Investment Trust, is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will greet visitors, tour apartments, and guide prospects through the lease process with strong sales and service skills.

This role requires organization, follow-up, and collaboration with the onsite team, with weekend flexibility. Prior leasing experience and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or CRM systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase available homes, community features, and amenities.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize leasing conversions and support occupancy goals.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and leasing information in Yardi Voyager and CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond professionally to resident and prospect needs.
• Support resident retention efforts through positive interactions and follow-up.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office and community environment.
• Collaborate with onsite team members to support overall property performance.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Maintain flexibility to work the property's required leasing schedule, including weekends as needed.

Compensation:

$18–$21 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Greyson’s Gate Apartments in Dallas, Texas.

This role is responsible for driving leasing performance, supporting occupancy goals, and creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. We are looking for a motivated, polished leasing professional with strong sales and customer service skills who can build rapport, follow up effectively, and turn prospects into residents.
