Essential Functions
  • Manage leasing and marketing efforts to prospective residents.
  • Prepare and inspect the property, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new residents.
  • Greet prospects, qualify applicants, and show property features.
  • Process applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assign units, prepare leases, and conduct move-in inspections.
  • Provide resident services, respond to inquiries, and manage work orders.
  • Collect rent, issue notices, and handle lease renewals and recertifications.
  • Maintain organized documentation.
  • Address resident complaints and resolve issues.
  • Participate in community marketing and resident engagement activities.
Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Background in business, property management, sales, or customer service.
  • High school diploma plus specialized training.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English for safety and productivity.
