Hourly wage starts at $18, with a commission of $100 per signed lease and resident move-in.

Each leasing consultant is assigned a dedicated Property Management Specialist for training, onboarding, and support.

The Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Typical Day as a Leasing Consultant:

• Provide high-quality customer service and assist with conflict resolution
• Schedule and conduct tours to prospective residents, earning commission
• Explain lease documents and leasing qualifications to prospective and current residents
• Familiarize with online advertising sources for Wimmer Communities' properties
• Handle basic office administration such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Prepare leasing reports as directed by the property manager
• Maintain the appearance of the leasing office, clubhouse, and property amenities
