Job summary

Bella Investment Group is seeking a Leasing Professional to join a rockstar sales team serving its Flagstaff communities. You will drive leasing, provide outstanding service to residents, and craft campaigns to attract new tenants. A leadership mindset and in-depth Fair Housing knowledge are valued.

The role emphasizes relationship building, ongoing education, and a positive attitude to help residents feel welcome and secure in their home.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management sales/leasing or similar sales/closing skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

What We Are Looking For:

• We are looking for someone who wants to lead, and recognizes that leadership is about being in service to those on your team
• Prior experience in property management industry in sales/leasing capacity, or other similar sales and closing skills
• Complete knowledge of Fair Housing compliance laws
• Skills required include good verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service experience/skills, and a positive, professional, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Social media engagement and marketing experience a plus!
• Knowledge and use of standard office equipment (computer, adding machine, and fax) with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
