Aspen Square Management is seeking a Leasing and Marketing professional for Riverwood Apartments in Buckeye, AZ. You’ll greet prospective residents, showcase our community, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a customer-first mindset.

Join our team and participate in creating engaging marketing campaigns, resident events, and daily interactions that drive occupancy. The training program will equip you to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Strong sales skills with ability to close deals
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• Saturdays required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Drive to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Get creative! Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events
