Weinstein Properties is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to be the first impression of our North Austin/Cedar Park communities. You will guide prospective residents through their leasing journey, help them choose homes, and build strong relationships with current residents and teammates.

No leasing experience is required—our hands-on training will teach you everything you need to thrive. If you enjoy talking to people, staying active, and contributing to a collaborative team, this role

Qualifications

• No leasing experience required, just drive and customer focus.
• Excellent communication, both in person and written.
• Energetic, friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work on Saturdays in rotation.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through the leasing journey, showing units and processing applications.
• Deliver strong customer service and build relationships with residents.
• Support sales and administrative tasks with training provided.
