CloudTen Residential in Salem, OR is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Rivenwood Apartments. You will market and show available units, secure deposits, and assist with administrative tasks under the supervision of the Community Manager.

The role requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, familiarity with OneSite or Entrata, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hourly pay range is $20.00–$24.00 DOE, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience in property management.
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata is a strong plus.
• Experience with OneSite strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the community and available units.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Explain lease terms and rental rates accurately to prospects.
• Secure commitments and complete leasing paperwork promptly.
• Process security deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain organized resident files and records.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA.
