Job summary

Advenir Azora Living is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Rincon, GA team. You will focus on leasing apartments, delivering customer service, and achieving occupancy targets while building strong relationships with residents and prospects.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales or leasing experience, excellent communication in English and Spanish, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Weekend work is required, with commission opportunities in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively with residents, vendors and team members.
• Strong communication, organizational, and software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and assist in retaining residents.
• Build rapport with prospects and achieve occupancy goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident relations.
