Job summary

The Garrett Companies is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a new lease-up community in Colorado Springs. You will execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and close leases while managing paperwork through Entrata.

Ideal candidates have customer-service excellence, at least 1 year of leasing experience in new construction, and strong knowledge of property software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy goals for a new lease-up community.
• Assist with community marketing to build awareness and drive traffic of prospective residents.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet leads to schedule tours and convert inquiries.
• Conduct tours, assess prospects' needs, and tailor leasing approach to close leases.
• Manage leasing paperwork and data entry through Entrata; maintain resident files.
• Guide residents through the full leasing and move-in process, including lease execution and deposits.
