Western National Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for El Cordova Apartment Homes in Carson, CA. You will be the first friendly face prospective residents meet, delivering polished service and effective communication to close leases.

The role offers $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities and benefits. No prior leasing experience required, but sales or customer service experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Good image, professional appearance, and strong customer service.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
