Job summary

CWS Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes and build rapport with customers and residents. You will work toward leasing goals while maintaining professional relationships and a service-forward mindset.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, sales and customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Yardi experience is preferred; availability to work on weekends and occasional emergencies is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community to prospective residents.
• Market the community to attract customers.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and retention.
