Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations for a Kentucky property. Responsibilities include showing apartments, qualifying prospects, processing applications, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

You will coordinate tours, maintain an online presence, and collaborate with maintenance to address service requests while supporting marketing initiatives and meeting leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in Lead Management Software and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare them for move-ins and obtain signatures.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve service issues to promote satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address resident service requests.
