Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and facilitating smooth move-ins.
• Greet clients, assess their needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and handle maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing reports as assigned.
• Receive deposits and rent payments, recording them accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
• Ability to tour the community, including walking and climbing stairs.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
