Aspen Square is seeking a Leasing and Marketing professional at Level 550 in Mesa, AZ to be the face of our thriving community. You’ll handle inquiries, qualify residents, and drive occupancy with creative campaigns across social media, events, and flyers.

With 3+ years of customer service or sales experience, you’ll close deals, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and provide outstanding resident support. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience in retail, hospitality or related fields.
• Strong sales skills and track record of closing deals.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
• Saturdays required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Drive to succeed and contribute to occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service from the first phone call to move-in.
• Create marketing strategies including social media campaigns, flyers, and resident events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously strive to reach leasing and occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents and provide ongoing professional customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, maintain an organized workspace, and more.
