Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, including retail, hospitality, or service roles.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
• Weekend availability, including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents from first contact to application.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies including social media, flyers, and events.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and strive toward occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents while continuing to deliver professional service.
• Handle phones, emails, filing, qualify residents, and keep organized workspace.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, from answering phones with a smile to ensuring every resident feels valued
• Get creative! Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events

• Continuously strive towards reaching leasing and occupancy goals

Position Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years’ experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
• Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal.
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
• Must be available to work weekends, including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• *Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
