Aspen Square Management in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Leasing and Marketing professional to drive resident acquisition and retention at Ridgemar Commons. You will craft engaging marketing campaigns, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process with exceptional service.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong sales skills, multitasking, and availability for full-time work including 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years' experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
• Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal.

• Must be available to full-time including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• *Must possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
