Job summary

Aspen Square in Naples, FL is seeking a Leasing and Marketing professional to be the face of our River Reach community. You will guide prospective residents through the rental journey and provide outstanding service, contributing to leasing goals.

With a comprehensive training program, you will design marketing strategies including social media, flyers, and resident events while juggling phones, emails, and paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bubbly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years’ experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal.
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems.
• Must be available to work full-time hours, including Saturdays.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
